Chicago police on Monday charged Muhammad Sayadul Boshar, 19, with attempted first-degree murder, aggravated battery and aggravated discharge of a firearm in Friday’s shooting of a 14-year-old boy in the 6300 block of North Rockwell Street in West Rogers Park, ABC7 Chicago reports. The boy was shot in the neck and taken to Lurie Children’s Hospital in critical condition.
